REFUND and RETURN POLICY
FactoryDirectFutons.com deals with only the industries most reputable and quality manufacturer's, however there are rare instances when products may have a defect, or flaw that negatively affects the operation/use of the product.There are times when this is originated at the factory, and times when products may be damaged by shippers.
When damage is noted upon delivery, call our Customer Service line during operating hours to report damaged products the same business day, or next buisness day if delivered/noted on weekends or holidays, so that we can assit you in either replacing or repairing any damaged items. Should the customer choose to keep the product and file a warranty claim themselves directly with a manufacturer, FactoryDirectFutons.com is not liable for any products or transactions from that time. The same is the case when a customer chooses to keep the products and file a claim with any shipping company.
We cannot be responsible when customers' find they have received the items purchased in proper condition, yet an error has been made on the customers' part with regard to choosing color, style or sizes. Should this be the case, you may call our Customer Service line during business hours and at the total descretion of FactoryDirectFutons.com, and on an individual case sensitive basis we will work with you on returning your product for either credit on another product, or a partial refund. When returning products under such circumstances, the customer is responsible to return the product undamaged, in the original packaging, with all parts and instructions, and in sellable condition. The customer is also responsible for all shipping charges, and required insurance by a shipper to be designated by FactoryDirectFutons.com., and must be shipped within three business days from the date of the original delivery. A minimum restocking fee of 25% of the original listed retail price, not sale price, will be deducted from any refunds that FactoryDirectFutons.com has the descretion to give.
